Welcome to Holy Family School

For the 2026-2027 school year, the car rider line will be redirected through the school/church parking lot driveway. This change is necessary due to serious safety concerns with traffic on Route 224, particularly cars crossing the yellow lines to create an unsafe passing lane.

To support this new procedure:

• Cones and directional signs will be placed in the lot to guide cars.

• A double line will be maintained.

• Buses will start to use the front driveway.

• All students will still be dismissed at the gym as usual.

For dismissal

(indicated in red on map)

• We will hold the car rider line just before the school to allow VIP parking spots (silent auction winners) to exit.

• Students in those spots will be dismissed a little early to help with traffic flow.

Morning Drop-off Procedures

(indicated in yellow on map)

• Orange cones will mark the designated drop-off zone.

• Please wait for administration staff to signal when your child(ren) may safely exit the vehicle.

• Vehicles outside the orange cone zone may not allow children to exit for any reason.

• Administration staff will also direct vehicles in the drop-off zone when they may leave. When the vehicles exit the designated drop-off zone the vehicles behind may proceed into cones, etc.

These procedures are in place to ensure that all students remain safe and that no child is walking between vehicles. Please do not move your vehicle until instructed to do so.
