Dear Holy Family School Families,
As we look back on three wonderful years together, I am filled with immense gratitude to continue serving as the principal of Holy Family School. It remains a true honor to lead such a dedicated staff and a deeply supportive community.
For those who may be new to our family, or as a quick reminder of my background, my name is Tod Morris. I bring over 30 years of experience in education, fueled by a lifelong passion for academic excellence, personal growth, and a safe, inclusive learning environment. Prior to my time here, I served as a principal in the Youngstown City Schools for fifteen years, following my years as a special education teacher. My core strengths remain rooted in classroom management, instructional delivery, student engagement, and the Science of Reading—and as always, you will continue to find me in the classrooms and hallways daily.
Looking ahead, our mission remains focused on the three pillars that guide us. First, we ensure that Holy Family School is passionately Catholic in every aspect of our environment. As a community, we work hard, play hard, and pray hard, knowing that We Can Do All Things Through Christ. Secondly, my door is always open to listen to our students and families; I value your needs, wishes, and collaborative ideas. Lastly, we continue to build on our rich culture of academic achievement, working hand-in-hand with our exceptional staff to provide an enriching,growth-oriented educational experience.
Above all, my commitment to your children has only grown. I see the strengths and positives in each student, operate with unconditional love, and stand as a steadfast advocate for every single child who walks through our doors.
I want to extend my continued thanks to Father Celuch, Diocesan leadership, and all of you for your ongoing partnership. I am looking forward to welcoming everyone back in August. Please have a safe, blessed, and enjoyable summer.
